Mantras / Sound Vibration that can be used to anchor the mind and create a focused, and calm state of being.
These classes aren’t just suitable for first time mums-to-be, but equally beneficial for those who are in their second or subsequent pregnancies and want to feel relaxed, connected and empowered for pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
