Across your day you will experience a range of enriching and restoring yogic practices, beginning with group guided meditation and pranayama (breathing practices) to regulate your nervous system and establish an anchor point in your mind, ensuring you are centred and positioned to immerse yourself into the day. Then move through various thoughtfully planned offerings of vinyasa and yin yoga, journalling and yogic philosophy workshops.
