Calling all of our newborn Mama’s out there, are you struggling to carve out some ‘me’ time while looking after bub? Come together with each other and experience how Yoga is a beautiful way to bond with your baby while making time for yourself.
These classes will provide you with tools to navigate and reconnect with your body, mind, emotions & spirit in a safe, beautiful space. You will feel relaxed, revitalised & ready to be the best version of yourself for both you and your family.
No Yoga experience necessary, we’ll guide you through every step of the journey back to you.
Every birth experience is unique - please enrol once you have had your post-natal check up and are cleared for exercise (usually between 6-18 weeks post-delivery).

$25 for casual attendance

BYO yoga mat, baby blanket and all other baby essentials.

Yes, plenty of parking directly outside our studio entrance at 21 Croobyar Rd, Milton.
