Are you curious about meditation or looking to deepen your home practice? Are you looking to Cultivate Calm in your daily life? During this 4-week introductory course we will explore the practices of pranayama, mantra japa and kriya meditation. We will discuss how these practices can deepen your yoga practice, or be used as a stand alone meditation practice to return to, time and time again.
Each session will consist of an introduction to the technique, a chance to practice, reflect, and discuss within a small group setting. Comprising of 4 x 1hr sessions over 4 consecutive weeks, this course will equip you with the tools to cultivate calm each and every day.
An understanding of yogic principles is helpful but not required for participation in this course.
