Yoga is an expansive and varied practice, and as a beginner it can be daunting to know where to start. Our 5 week Program is a great way to discover, learn and explore yoga movements that facilitate a deeper awareness of the body/mind connection and support healthy mobility regardless of your age, level of experience or ability - there are no prerequisites to join this course!

An introduction to the philosophy behind the practice, the importance of the breath and how you can adopt simple modifications to create a practice that is suitable to your individual needs. This course offers a supportive and encouraging learning environment for absolute beginners, those working with injuries or those looking to return to yoga after taking a break from the mat.
Establishing a familiarity with the practices and movements over the 5 week period so you feel comfortable and confident to roll out your mat and get flowing.
