Join Chantal this Winter Solstice for a 90 minute journey inwards to honour the shortest day and longest night of the year.

The word solstice is derived from the Latin word solstitium—sol meaning sun and –stitium meaning stoppage. Take time to pause, turn inward and tune into that quiet, internal voice with an evening of Meditation, Yin Yoga and a closing Om Sound Bath.
