Community Calm


Om would like to offer FREE community classes for the rest of January. Classes will be heavily focused around bringing you back into the parasympathetic nervous system (rested state).

Everyone and anyone welcomed, whether you have been directly or indirectly affected by the fires. We wish to give you an hour in safe space to rest and relax after the chaos that has been.
