This four-week course will offer a solid foundation in the practice of yoga, with a specific focus on postures designed to increase strength, restore and cultivate mobility, and deepen the connection between the mind and the body. Each class will incorporate breathing techniques and meditation to bring clarity and focus to the mind, encourage relaxation and create balance in the nervous system.
Classes are Wednesdays: 4 September, 11 September, 18 September and 25 September.
