Introduction to Qigong


Qigong is a meditative movement therapy that was developed in China around 5000 years ago. It is the mastery of working with vital energy (Qi), a combination of gentle postures, breathing techniques, intention and repetitive movements.

Join Tara & John for a introductory course in Qigong where you can take home the benefits and a personalised exercise as a daily practice. Learn how to activate Qi energy and blood circulation in your body, helping to stimulate the immune system, strengthen the internal organs, and give you abundant energy.
