Learn the foundational concepts and poses of Yoga in a beautiful, relaxed, professional environment and discover how improved movement, mobility and mindfulness will give you a new lease on life.

Yoga is an expansive and varied practice, and as a beginner it can be daunting to know where to start. Our 5 week Program is a great way to discover, learn and explore yoga movements that facilitate a deeper awareness of the body/mind connection and support healthy mobility regardless of your age, level of experience or ability - there are no prerequisites to join this course.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Understand the philosophy behind the practice, the importance of the breath and how you can adopt simple modifications to create a practice that is suitable to your individual needs. This course offers a supportive and encouraging learning environment for absolute beginners, those working with injuries or those looking to return to yoga after taking a break from the mat. 

Designed to be accessible for all ages, with a particular focus on Yoga for injury rehabilitation and healthy ageing, this course will provide you with the knowledge and experience to enjoy Yoga happily with confidence and maximum benefit.
